Booked a room on 15 floor. Was given a smaller room on the 14th. Still a falls view room, but no chair in bedroom as shown in photos. Have to lie in bed to see the view. I was in a mobility scooter at check in, so I assumed the room would be suitable. It is very difficult to manoeuvre into the bathroom. I’ve never had to use a mobility device before. It is a challenge at the Embassy suites.

The telephone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk or any other service. I discovered the problem the morning that I checked out, so it was too late to do anything for me. Also it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and bathroom sink. It was repaired quickly ...

Would’ve given a 5 star review but there was no access to water besides 2 small water bottles provided. Wifi for guests was also a paid benefit for $4.95 / day. Not entirely sure if that’s the case for other hotels but it was surprising to see. Overall good, but not amazing.
